General Terms & Conditions

1. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

2. Acceptable Use

• Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass the Service or its infrastructure;
• Access or attempt to access data belonging to other users without authorization.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Some features require an active paid subscription managed through Polar.
• Prices, terms, and taxes (including optional VAT number input) are displayed at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
• Free accounts (up to 50 IP addresses and 5 subnets) remain available for lifetime use.

4. Data Protection & Privacy

• We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any data you input is accurate and that you have a lawful basis to process it.
• Where SubAvengers acts as a data processor on your behalf, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, and branding in the Service are owned by Cyberheroes VOF or its licensors.
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for lawful purposes.
• No other rights are granted unless expressly stated.

6. Availability & Modifications

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practical.
• Updates to these Terms may be made from time to time; continued use implies acceptance.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyberheroes VOF shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time via the in-app feature.
• In case of non-payment, your account will automatically revert to the free tier.
• We may deactivate or terminate accounts for misuse, legal violations, or security concerns.
