• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected security incident.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content to the Service.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, bypass, or probe the Service or related infrastructure.
• Do not access or attempt to access data belonging to other users without authorization.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid features may require an active subscription. Prices and plans are shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew according to the selected term unless cancelled prior to renewal.
• Where applicable, taxes are added based on your billing address.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, subAvengers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
